Shipping Policy

All orders are dispatched 2-5 working days after we have received your order unless otherwise stated, via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service.

Made-to-order item takes 15 - 20 days to manufacture, once it is ready it will be posted via Royal Mail 48 hours tracked service.

International (outside of UK) orders will be posted via Royal Mail international tracked service and it takes from 5 -7 days once dispatched.

Return & Exchange Policy

We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
The item must be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Buyer are responsible for return postages

We suggest you use a tracked postal service as we cannot be responsible for missing parcels. Refund will only be issued when we receive your item at our address.

Refunds can take up to 3-5 business days to reach your credit card/bank account, depending on the financial institution.
